"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "This was the opening week at the Nemea after refurbishment. On arrival we were kept waiting for 1 hour because our room was not ready. When we eventually went up to the room there was a workman in there with tools. He said 'tomorrow' and left. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Air conditioning was a bonus. Unfortunately many appliances were not connected and not working including the TV, hairdryer and kettle. Coat hangers were not on the rail so unusable, all the shelves in the...
