I mean: this is a great and cost-effective stay. It was a tad bit difficult to get there the very first time (you need a code/card) to drive or walk into the property. That being said, from the first entrance it was a blast. It is a great facility with very friendly staff and a swimming pool. Air condition would be amazing, other than that we were super happy to stay there. Will propably visit again. The only real downside is the location, that doesn't really lend itself to walk to nearby shops etc. (you will have to drive or figure out how to be picked up or find a bus or soemthing)

It was a bit difficult as i arrived after the reception closed. I received an email with instructions how to get in the accomodation, in good time and a curtesy call to confirm that i actualy received the email which was good. However, the email was in French only which made it difficult. Apart from that and the very-very soft mattress all was good. The appartment was very clean and i enjoyed the balcony. Good transport links. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Ioverall i enjoyed the stay.

They don’t clean the room daily. Towels are just like napkins. Towels provided on day one are for entire tenure. Shower area is very small. No sope on daily basis. You have to manage in small bottle for entire tenure

OK, but limited.

The hotel is OK if you have some activity near by. Otherwise, you will need a car and patience. The price is good, but there is no air conditioning and not much facilities such as ice.

Great value for money but you need a car

If you're spending a few days in Cote d'Azur and are looking for an economic option then this property is good. The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). It could be a little cleaner but again at the price point we found our room to be great. However I would not recommend to anyone without a car (roughly 20-30 minutes to both Antibes and Nice).

O apartamento é bom, claro,bem arejado Cozinha compacta, sentimos falta de alguns utensilios Um bom custo benefício Tem estacionamento no local, seguro. Ter um carro é fundamental pela distancia dos lugares, o prédio é mais isolado O atendimento e a comunicação na nossa chegada foi excelente.

Rezeption sehr nett, von außen die Anlage etwas herunter gekommen, Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht, Bett und Sofa unbequem, Duschekabine sehr eng und klein, aber war Sauber. Sicherheit für Auto und Gäste ist gegeben, da ohne Karte kein Eingang. War okey aber auch kein Wow.

Hotel fica em um local tranquilo, porém afastado de supermercado e outras atrações. Para quem nao está de carro, pode utilizar a linha de ônibus com parada na porta do hotel. O quarto é confortável só o banheiro que tem um box muito pequeno.

Studio bien équipé mais l’absence de climatisation en période de canicule a été fort désagréable ! Une rénovation de l’établissement s’impose. L’emplacement de l’établissement est intéressant pour rayonner dans la région de Grasse et Mougins.

L’endroit est très agréable . il est dommage … qu’il est vraiment que deux couverts pour mange et boire… très juste pour le séjour! le frigidaire peine à garder les boissons fraîches ! Le personnel très sympathique avec toute les explications nécessaires pour suivre notre séjour. Le manque de respect de personnes qui sont également présent à la piscine comme fume dans l’eau plongée sans respecter les autres bien évidemment l’établissement ne peut pas savoir qui il accueille et n’en sont pas responsables malgré tout nous envisageons peut être d y revenir nous avons imaginé notre petit coin apéro sur la petite terrasse moment agréable malgré le peu de place

Très bonne surprise

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit étape. Pas de Clim mais des ventilateurs et la douche est très étroite mais pour le prix nous sommes agréablement surpris du confort de l’appartement.
