"Our weekend stay was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and so nice about communicating with us in English. We know very little French and were made to feel very comfortable. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!"
"It was a somewhat run down. Once I checked in I went with my sister and granddaughter to the room it was musty,
The refrigerator was scratched dirty and honestly appeared to have been picked up as a roadside find. The bath was dirty with urine around the toilet and hair on the floor. "
"Our room was nice and clean, we loved the huge exotic shower in our room and we had a view of the Saint Lawrence and a perfect view of the Olympic Stadium, the staff was excellent and very welcoming and the restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast "
"J'ai passé une très belle soirée.
Mon seul stress concerne le fait que je n'ai jamais obtenu le code pour entrer. C'est un autre locataire qui m'a ouvert la porte.
De plus, il pourrait être très insécurisant pour une femme de constater que 2 chambres ont été louées à des hommes. Par souci de transparence je crois qu'il serait important d'aviser tous les chambreurs de la composition du logis.

"Was told there was an extra charge for checking in 45 minutes early. Also, even though the hotel was not busy, was placed in a room staring at the a/c units. Could’ve been better. "
"The staff was great. Even the place is older they look after it. Would definitely stay again. Also very close to the Montreal garden. The garden is definitely worth the visit. Give yourself some time there. See my photos for the garden"
"Very friendly receptionist. Location was beautiful and up to date. Pool table on the first floor, pool and sauna in lower floor.
Bed was very comfortable.
We got a deluxe room which was so very spacious and up to date.
Our only issue with the room was an older lcd model tv, but it worked just the same.
There was alot of restaurants in walking distance, as well as a gas station/couche tard/Tim Hortons across the street. "

"Friendly staff. My room was clean and well-prepared for me. Breakfast was just ok. Area around the hotel is not great, lots of loud cars with modified mufflers banging around all night. "
"There was some confusion around our booking and it was complicated but the daytime staff at Best Western ste Catherine were great, Carlo and his teammate were able to resolve the issue for us quickly and swiftly. "
