「Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Three bedrooms made it easy for 4 of us to have space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen had all we needed. Very close to the Metro and to big sights like the Olympic Park, gardens, Insectarium, Biodome. Easy ride into Old Montreal, Museum of Art, etc. There is construction happening on the street in front, so getting an Uber was a bit challenging. And the noise from the workers and equipment starts very early in the morning. But...

「Property is not on top of a depanneur, there’s been other updates not represented in the current photos online..photos need updating! It was clean, but not very inviting.. could better. The place was unfinished, baseboards, flooring, framing and some spots on the floor were very unsafe.A simple paint of coat would help. Definitely not secure, a deadbolt would be nice. Kitchen was good, workable. Bathrooms were good and updated nicely. Some beds were comfortable and some not as much.」
