「Bed bugs in room 130. Inspect your bed before sleeping here. Read past reviews - long history of bed bogs at this hotel.」

「The place exceeded our expectations. Impeccable room, spacious bathroom, spectacular views of the city from any floor. The location was best because of our 3-year-old son, there was a park 3 minutes away and the area is surrounded by restaurants. 「Old style wifi. Low speed and connection trouble in some areas.」

「It's OK」

Unfortunately, when problems arise, I have often experienced inappropriate or disappointing responses from hotel staff, particularly at large hotel chains. However, my experience at your hotel was completely different. When I raised concerns about the condition of my room, the staff took my complaints seriously and handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. The manager personally came to my room, and the female staff member...
