  • The Sunrise Villa is quite exceptional.

    This architect villa opened on the outside, will fill you with its beautiful view of the sea and its careful design.
    Located in a residence 5 minutes from all the amenities of Saint-Francois (markets, shops, harbor, marina, restaurants, bakery, golf, casino etc.), it offers a quiet place for a relaxing vacation.
    Let yourself be lulled by birdsong and the nearby sea.

    It has a capacity of 8 beds distributed as follows:
    - The red room with sea view: a 160x200 bed with air conditioning
    - Marine Room: 2 twin beds 90cm can make a double bed of 180x200 with air conditioning
    Both share the same shower and WC
    - The gray room: a 160x200 bed with air conditioning and en suite shower.
    - The exterior bungalow: double bed 160 × 200 cm with air conditioning and en suite shower.

    The fully equipped kitchen and living room are both open on the terrace facing the pool and the sea.
    The many external equipment, chairs, sofas, coffee tables etc ... used to make the most of the tropical climate and sunshine.
    The pool will refresh you and spa relax, for a wonderful holiday with friends or family.
    Plus: Foot access to the private beach of the residence and the beach of the hotel Manganao.

    For your enjoyment, the villa offers all the picnic supplies necessary for your adventures at sea and on land (portable grill, cooler, table service)


    The final cleaning is also included as well as council tax.

Beautiful house but amenities not as described

The listing said daily house keeping and breakfast was provided but it wasn't. The actual title of the house said that as well. The owner told me to contact VRBO but they have nothing to do with what the listing says. He then stopped responding. Everything else was as described and the house is clean and specious.

This house couldn’t have been better for our trip to Guadeloupe. The owners are very kind and friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! A suggestion I would offer is that the instruction book regarding household things should offer the instructions in German, Spanish and English. As well as include instructions to the stove, washer machine, Sonos radio, and TV. This is the only thing I think could be beneficial to those staying at this beautiful home. Loved it!!! I

Un séjour exceptionnel à la Villa Sunrise !Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cette villa d’exception avec une vue mer à couper le souffle. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût et extrêmement agréable à vivre.La communication avec le propriétaire a été fluide et très professionnelle. La concierge a été disponible, attentionnée et réactive pendant tout le séjour, ce qui est très appréciable.Un véritable petit paradis où tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. Nous recommandons la Villa Sunrise les yeux fermés et espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans cette villa vraiment magnifique. La vue sur la mer est splendide avec le levé du soleil. Équipement au top rien ne manque, la piscine superbe et les chambres égalements. Nous avons été accueilli parfaitement et les contacts pendant notre séjour etait très appréciable. Nous avons apprécié les pièces ouvertes sur l'extérieur. C’est agréable de profiter de ce décor , vue sur la mer, en soirée l’éclairage est superbe avec la végétation et la piscine . Près de St-Francois , parfait pour les courses et d’excellents restaurants . Propriété très bien sécurisée . Marjorie a toujours été disponible pour nos besoins et questions . Nous avons été bien accueillis avec un plateau de fruits, des jus et le petit déjeuner du lendemain.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à la villa. Il faut par contre savoir qu'il y a vraiment beaucoup de fourmis sur l'île et, puisque la maison est à air ouverte, il y avait partout aussi dans la maison. Cependant, nous avons apprécié les iguanes et les oiseaux qui venaient quotidiennement nous voir! La villa est très bien pensé et bien que nous étions un groupe de 7, cette dernière offrait très amplement de l'espace pour chacun.

Localização fantástica para aceder às melhores praias da ilha, na turística vila de st francois, perto de todos os serviços necessários. A moradia é muito agradável e tem disponível todas as comodidades necessárias a umas férias em família. A área da piscina é inspiradora de um ambiente realmente caribanho! Atenção à descrição da moradia, a existência de limpeza diária e de um pequeno almoço é FALSA o que nos deixou muito mal impressionados com o anfitrião, pelo valor pago se não fosse essa indicação na descrição teríamos provavelmente decidido por outra moradia.

Sehr schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung runden den guten Eindruck weiter ab. Sehr angenehm sind die tägliche Reinigung und der Frühstücksservice mit leckerem Baguette Schokobrötchen oder Croissants. Man sollte ein paar Worte Französisch sprechen, man kommt aber mit gutem Willen und Englisch auch zurecht. Übersetzungsprogramme sei Dank heutzutage kein größeres Problem. Die Kaution wird am besten mit Schecks hinterlegt, wie es in Frankreich üblich ist. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!
