「We have stayed at the Barceló 4-5 times. The staff are amazing and the food has improved tremendously since post Pandemic. I will say my husband and I are highly disappointed that the Barcelo no longer maintains the water features for the iguanas next to the buffet due to an ignorant guest that decided to hand feed an iguana, supposedly was bitten and then said they were going to sue the Barcelo. 「A very unique experience. It met my expectations. Owner was very accommodating. Need a car, but then everything is very close. Nice pool, nice private outside areas as well as common areas. Extremely affordable. Keep in mind , I stayed in the Gypsy wagon Queenie for 2 weeks, it’s small but it has what you need. They also have an outdoor kitchen area where we occasionally cooked our own breakfast. Owner gave us a dozen eggs . I look forward to going back again 」
