「The hotel is close to both the train station and the bus stop. Although you should be careful about the safety of the area, I didn't feel particularly unsafe during the day. The shower and toilet facilities are shared, but well maintained and clean. They use electronic keys via a smartphone app, which is convenient. Overall, it's budget friendly and I'm very satisfied with my stay.」
「Perfect place to stay for a solo or couple to stay for 1-3 nights. Excellent location! All kinds of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Only drawback no elevator, rooms are up some steep stairs. Not recommended for elderly or disabled. Otherwise felt like I was staying in a charming boutique hotel in Europe. 」
「The pics of the hotel are from a time when the hotel was “younger”. Its lobby is well worn. The “sister” hotel across the street is run down also and even though the website mentions a restaurant located at theirs, it does not exist!

「We loved our stay at the Neighbourgood Sutter Mansion. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly quiet, the bed was was heavenly and the bathroom was ‘spa’ like. We did not have the breakfast but the staff offered us espresso drinks and pastries.
The entire team was outstanding, very welcoming but not over bearing. If I have anything to wish for more is an elevator for transportation of luggage’s. 」
