"The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Our room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was also a coffee maker in the room with coffee and espresso provided for it. In the lobby, we were allowed to fill our water bottles for free. The room was clean. Reception staff were friendly too."

"Lovely hotel in a convenient location for exploring Cologne. Only gripe was the pillows - ridiculously soft. I had to resort to rolled up towels to act as reinforcement! Otherwise a lovely stay."
