Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Stern weniger, da es noch ungeklärte Abrechnungsprobleme gibt. Zahlungen an Expedia sind nicht entsprechend bei B&B verbucht, dadurch im Moment Nachteile für mich.

Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, direkt vor dem Fenster parkten Autos. MIT ohrstöpseln aber i.O. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

A éviter absolument

Personne à la réception à notre arrivée à 15h45 alors qu'il est noté à partir de 15h. Hôtel en travaux. Plus rien au rez-de-chaussée, pas de sol, fils électriques qui pendent, pas de salle de petit-déjeuner. Seulement une borne pour notre réservation pour avoir le numéro de chambre, que nous avons dû payer une seconde fois sinon pas de chambre. Inacceptable. Chambre trop petite, le serveur de produits douche vide !

Unterirdisch !!!

Gebucht über Hotel.de, am Abend vorher kam eine Mail " Ihre Buchung wurde storniert"????. angerufen, Rezeptionist sehr nett, Hat die Buchung dann wieder eingesetzt, jedoch nichts davon gesagt, dass der gesamte untere Bereich komplett zugehängt ist und renoviert wird. Überall Dreck und dann stellte sich heraus, dass der Frühstücksraum auch renoviert wird und es daher kein Frühstück gibt !!! Wenn wir das vorher gewußt hätten, wären wir sicher nicht dort abgestiegen.

Net hotel net buiten het centrum

Voor een ibis budget hotel, bovenverwachting goed bevallen. Vriendelijke ontvangst, kindvriendelijk personeel, kamers zijn basic maar netjes en goed schoon. Bedden waren prima. Ontbijt is tevens basic maar uiteindelijk is alles wat je normaal als ontbijt zou verwachten aanwezig. Doordat het kleinschalig is, is dat grote ook niet noodzakelijk. En personeel is erg betrokken bij zijn gasten. Kwamen mijn twee kindjes zelfs vragen of ze nog warme chocomel voor ze konden maken bij t ontbijt. Dit stond er niet. En 3min later hadden de jongens een heerlijke kop warme chocolademelk voor zich staan. Dus hoe basis de opstelling je kwam niks te kort. Van verse sinasappelsap, tot diverse verse broodjes, brood, crackers, yoghurt, diverse musli, hartig beleg tot zoet beleg, eitjes. En zelfs met mensen met allergie werd rekening gehouden. Er stond lactose vrije melk en soja melk. Dus gewoon goed.

Simples Hotel, aber in Ordnung

Simpel eingerichtetes Hotel - vor allem super, wenn man das Zimmer eh nur zum schlafen braucht. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett - allerdings könnte man an der Sauberkeit noch ein bisschen arbeiten (auf den Zimmern, das Hotel an sich war sehr sauber).

Für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

Die Zimmergröße ist vollkommen ausreichend, es ist sauber und auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles modern und praktisch. Auch, dass das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer war, störte mich nicht. Die Betten waren allerdings steinhart und nur am Quietschen. Ebenfalls gab es kein Lattenrost, die Matratze lag auf einem Holzbrett. Dusche und WC sind beides absolut WINZIG, aber getrennt voneinander. Der Duschkopf hatte auch nicht wirklich einen Wasserdruck. Die Zimmer wurden täglich geputzt. Das Hotel war ausgebucht.. Von Familien bis Jugendlichen alles vorhanden. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht. Das Hotel ist OK, aber nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert. Komfort sieht anders aus.. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt soweit. Bett und Dusche gingen gar nicht!

Finger weg!

Für den Preis kann man dort durchaus übernachten. Jedoch ist mir folgendes passiert: ich habe ausserhalb der Besetzungszeit der Rezeption online mit meinen beiden Kindern eingecheckt. Dies funktioniert dort nur mit einer Kreditkarte. Diese wurde dann (obwohl ich die Reise vorher schon über paypal bezahlt hatte) nochmals belastet! Auskunft an der Rezeption am nächsten Tag: "das wird in Kürze wieder storniert. Wie haben öfters schon Probleme mit Buchungen bei Expedia gehabt!" Storno der Buchung=> nö, kam nicht. Auf Rückfrage bei expedia mit der Bitte um Erstattung der Doppelbelastung erhielt ich zuletzt folgende unverschämte Antwort (Zitat aus der Mail): "Nach ausführlicher Überprüfung und Rücksprache mit dem Hotel muss ich Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass wir in diesem Fall kein Geld zurückerstatten da Sie sich weder an die Check In Zeiten noch an die gebuchte Anzahl an Erwachsenen gehalten haben." Also besser Finger weg!

Das Bett war laut und es war sehr warm, leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert. Der Zugangscode könnte auch nicht am Automaten gezogen werden, trotz Vorauszahlung.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Zimmer sind sauber. Check in und check out sehr unkompliziert. Liegt in einem Industriegebiet und an einer Schnell-Straße und somit ist es bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut.
