"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "

"Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, pool was warm (ok for a dip but a bit busy, and not big enough for a good swim), and breakfast was good with everything being replenished constantly. Lovely short stay. Directions when we got of the DLR were not great, we followed some other people to find the 2nd floor entrance. "

"The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors but I didn't mind the latter."

"Bed and pillows were terrible.Worst nights sleep and going back to work as tired as i left.Pillows not supportive.Drinks not great as smoothly was not made fresh.Chai latte wrong when ordered and bland tasting!"

"I’ve stayed at The Ark at Canary Wharf for extended periods and keep coming back, which probably says everything. I’ve been staying here on and off since November last year, often for months at a time, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere long-term rather than just passing through. The building itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service and the atmosphere the team creates. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around London and this is one of the few where you actually feel looked after. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, and that’s rare. If you’re considering staying here, I’d highly recommend it."

"Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel."
