「Rooms was smelling so bad and full of smoking smell. We had to stay in that room as we arrived late and we did not have time to look for an alternative hotel..」

「We arrived late at night after 9 hr drive . We were just looking for a clean bed nothing special. The room was very dirty , was not clean , most if not all linens , towels had stains , the floors had dead bugs and dirt in corners . Most outlets didn’t work . In 30 years of travel this is now the third and hopefully last time we have this experience . 」

「Didn’t feel safe as a single female. Lock on the door didn’t work. Mold on the pillows. 」

「Room was comfortable, no pests or weird issues, just a smooth stay overall. Housekeeping definitely deserves credit for keeping things in good shape.」

「Lights over sink didn’t work. Tub drain broken. Shower head assembly leaking badly. Water pressure at sink and shower was poor. Water temperature was barely warm. Shower control valve operates incorrectly and decorative plate is upside down so hot is cold and cold is hot but not hot at all. The TV channel listings were different at night than in the morning. No local channels were there at night but were there in morning. Elevator needs cleaning badly. 」
