"Lobby area and breakfast area were well laid out. Room met our needs, air con worked well, shower was good. We used the fitness room too which was good size and not too busy. Chose to add on breakfast which had good variety. All staff very friendly. Would recommend."

"An excellent stay. The house is in an amazing location. It overlooks the ocean and the frequent bus service stops right outside. Shops, pubs, supermarkets etc are 5 mins walk away and Brighton is 15 mins by bus. The house is big, very clean and well appointed. I highly recommend."
