Francesca is a great host. She welcomed us with wine and her homemade olive oil. Thank you so much! The apartment and the garden with lots of places to relax are really wonderful. It´s a perfect destination to reach the famous sigths (Volterra, Lucca ...) in the Tuscany.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge. Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. Der Sandstrand hat einen Rettungsschwimmer und das Wasser ist erst flach und wird langsam tiefer. Auch ideal für Kinder. Uns hat die Unterkunft und der wunderschöne Garten sehr gefallen. Ich habe so gut geschlafen! Die Matratzen waren toll. Wir waren nur zu zweit im Apartment. Für eine Familie mit Kindern ist es aber auch bestens geeignet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Einzig bei der Kaffeemaschine braucht man etwas Geduld. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, denn wir waren im Urlaub und da kann auch mal etwas langsamer gehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn das Appartement, der Garten, die Gegend und das Meer haben einen tiefen nachhaltigen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Vielen Dank für alles, Francesca! Es war so schön!

Wir waren zu fünft im Frühjahr da. Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare Wochen. Der Strand war etwas weiter weg als erwartet. Dafür wurden wir vom wunderbaren Garten überrascht. Das Haus war idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Der Fahrradverleih kam uns sehr entgegen. Es hatte auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Neben Olivenbäumen konnte man sich aussuchen, ob man zum Strand oder in eine der wundervollen Städchen fahren wollte. Der große Garten mit den zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten lud zum Lesen, Entspannen und Spielen ein.

Super tolle Unterkunft mit hervorragenden Betten (Matratzen). Fliegengitter an jedem Zimmer sowie in den Schlafräumen Moskitostecker. Der Garten sowie das Anwesen sind ein Ort der Ruhe. Alles was man braucht in der Umgebung. Bis zu Lidl oder Conad 10 Min mit dem Auto, sowie zum Strand 6 Min. Nach Vada 5 Min, wo es Bahn Anschlüsse nach Livorno oder Pisa gibt. Francesca ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Hier würden wir wieder hinkommen.

Unser Appartement in Francescas Haus war wunderbar: geräumig, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, der Service bezüglich Reiseempfehlungen, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war unschlagbar gut. Francesca ist sehr nett und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Der Garten um das Haus ist außergewöhnlich - riesig, hervorragend gepflegt, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, um ihn zu genießen; Zitronenbäume, Rosmarin, Oleander und allerlei andere heimische Pflanzen lassen ihn herrlich duften und alles lädt dazu ein, Urlaub zu machen und zu fühlen. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Tischkicker sind ebenfalls toll für die Abende. Dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, wussten wir vorher, aber in Italien kann man eh so gut essen gehen, dass wir anstatt selbst zu kochen oft einen Restaurantbesuch vorgezogen haben. Schöne Strände sind in der Umgebung viele zu finden und die Besichtigung einiger der schönsten toskanischen Städte ist von Vada aus gut möglich. Fazit: Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, Francesca sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Und der große Garten mit Grill und vielen Sitzgruppen bietet eine außergewöhnliche Aufenthaltsqualität. Freie Strände sind gleich um die Ecke. Und wer gerne Ausflüge macht, kann das von dort aus schnell und unkompliziert tun. Wir kamen allerdings fast gar nicht dazu, weil wir es vor Ort so schön fanden. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im August 2022 in der Toskana und es war ein toller Urlaub. Erst einmal kamen wir (eine Gruppe aus 5 Freunden) mit dem Zug in Vada an, wie sich herausstellte, gab es dann keinen Bus, der fuhr. Jedoch holte uns Francesca netterweise ab und brachte uns am letzten Tag zum Bahnhof, was wirklich hilfreich war. Generell stand Francesca bei jeglichen Problemen bereit und war immer gut erreichbar. Unser Apartment war sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte gut, wie angegeben, und war sauber. Zu Fuß ist man eher schlecht ausgestattet, da das Haus rund 2 km von Supermarkt/ Strand entfernt ist. Jedoch liehen wir gleich zu Beginn Fahrräder bei Francesca aus, von da an konnten wir alles mit den Rädern erkunden, was gut geklappt hat. Auch der Bahnhof und darüber Pisa/ Florenz/ Livorno… sind so gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine echt gute Woche hier und waren total zufrieden, besonders der Garten des Hauses ist wirklich ein Paradies (für Sitzgelegenheiten/ Liegestühle ist gesorgt).

Ich (47 Jahre) war mit meinen beiden Söhnen (16 und 18 J.) und meiner Nichte (15 J.) 11 Nächte zu Gast bei Francesca. Wir haben uns in der 5 Bett Wohnung in der ersten Etage des Hofes sehr wohl gefühlt und wirklich nichts vermisst. Mit den geliehenen Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend und die schönen Strände erkunden. Den wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten mit unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir vielseitig genutzt (morgens zum Kaffeetrinken und in den Tag kommen und Abends zum Essen und klönen). Das hauseigene Olivenöl, welches wir als Willkommensgruß erhalten haben, hat uns so gut geschmeckt, dass wir gerne mehr davon mit nach Hause genommen haben :-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Vielen Dank liebe Francesca für deine zuverlässige Gastfreundschaft.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und in die sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung geführt. Es war alles vorhanden und zu nutzen, was an Geräten angegeben war. Der Garten hatte sehr schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Für Familien mit Kindern das perfekte Ferienhaus!

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, ländlich gelegen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Draußen gibt es einen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und viel Auslauf für Kinder. Fahrradausleihe möglich. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Grazie, Francesca per la vacanza splendida!

I've spent 5 days at this beautiful location with 4 friends and I absolutely enjoyed it. The house is in the middle of the beautiful landscape of the Tuscany but you're very fast to the small cities nearby (around 10/15 minutes with bicycles that you can rent there!) and even closer to small grocery shops and restaurants etc. You can cycle to the beach in like 10/15 minutes as well! Francesca was very helpful all the time and always answered very fast. She even gave us one bottle of delicious white wine and very tasty olive oil as a welcome present. If you wanna spend calm relaxing days at the beach, cycle through beautiful landscape, explore the small towns nearby or just take it easy at home this is what you are looking for! Totally recommended!
