"It was a nice little studio apartment that was comfortable and clean. The apartment is very close to a train stop and met with the property manager for check in once I arrived. Silvia is extremely nice and cares that her tenants are comfortable. She provided a quick tour of the place and advised me to reach out for any assistance. "Great place for couples/family. Peaceful and lovely place to stay! We loved the location (- close to the airport and away from the busy city, 3 mins walk to bus stop), and interesting activities. Super clean pools with refreshing views! Con: No Wifi in the apartments (only at pool and dining areas). I recommend there should be at least a landphone/telephone to directly communicate with reception - Had to walk all the way to recception every single time."

"Vittorio was a great host, for a fee he picked us up at the airport and took us back. Apartment is in the heart of the historic district and you can walk everywhere. Extra bathroom was nice, we were with our 2 kids 20 and 18 and they slept fine in the loft. No bugs so you can open the windows and get a great breeze, hang clothes on drying rack on veranda. Large patio where you can unwind in the evening. We cooked dinner 4 nights out of seven, it worked out great. Restaurants, grocery stores,...

"The location is amazing, so close to metro, train, many tourist attractions and many restaurants. Check in process was easy and convenient. Neighborhood is quiet so you can enjoy your evenings on the beautiful terrace. Bed is very comfortable. I wish the 'breakfast included' option provide a little bit more, but if you like sweet breakfast there are some good options. Coffee and tea was included. Water and juice in the fridge was also very nice thing. We would definitely rent this place again."

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. "One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Most of the staff were really welcoming and friendly ( I say most because there was one security guard who was quite rude to me when I was asking for help). There are also lots of cats on the property (I think they’re wild) which made my stay so much better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Transport to Rome is excellent as well. "
