"My room was very clean....the check in staff were all very friendly and suggested a box breakfast when they learned I had an early train. Check in and out was easy and efficient and the restaurant staff and food were amazing."

"We had a fantastic stay, with some of the best service we've received. The hotel is ideally situated for arriving on the train directly from the airport (though it's best not to head back towards the station after dark, any other direction is perfectly safe). The room was excellent - plenty of space, clean with great a/c, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff could not have been more helpful, with a warm welcome on arrival and excellent help throughout our stay, arranging taxis and making recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice and we enjoyed the quality of drinks available at the bar. We wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it as it's great value for its location and quality."

"The entire experience was wonderful except using the airport shuttle to get to the hotel. Information provided by the hotel should have specified what the pick-up schedule was and let us know whether we needed to contact the hotel or just wait for a shuttle to appear (in the appropriate area). We wasted ½ hour looking for information and finally went to the on-site Hilton (different) for help. They kindly drove to the Hilton Garden Inn and the person that drove us laughed when I asked if we were the only person who had difficulty finding the Garden Inn."
