「Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. 「The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

「It took several emails to get some minor repairs completed. We could not get local TV stations. Furniture was not comfortable, sat too low to the floor. VRBO has a double bed but there is room for a king which would be nicer. VRBO was clean but they need to purchase stainless steel cleaner for the refrigerator.」

「The unit fits our needs when we are in town visiting family. We like the neighborhood and the ability to walk into town for coffee and food. The unit is clean and communication with Joseph is easy and he responds quickly. 」
