「Property was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly!」

「Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. 」

「The staff was ok. One staff member apparently didn't register us correctly but gave us our stuff anyway than woke us up at 1230am while we were sleeping too say our card was not on file for incidentals. Who does that? It could've waited till morning. We were there for 2 days. 」

「Pas très propre et ça sentait le détergeant. Assez bruyant avec le train qui passe juste à côté et le chauffage qui fait du bruit dans la chambre. 」

「Clean. Pillows were poor. Shower fixture leaked. DTV box problems.」

「スタッフの対応は朝空港まで送ってもらい非常に助かった。 小さなアイスボックスはあったが、各部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのでは食品の保管が出来ないので困る。 空港に近いので宿泊客は多かったが、一泊でも冷蔵庫は必要。」

「We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned 」
