「Needs some repair but overall clean」

「One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. 」

「Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. 」

「We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. 」

「Comfortable, clean, updated, basic. Frig and microwave but not a single outlet in room. Had to plug phone in in bathroom- ok, don't mind basic, but an outlet would have been nice.」

「When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.」

「The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. 」

「Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!」

「We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee.」
