「Not sure how many of the rooms are remodeled but the one we got was and was very nice. They have a good morning breakfast and while they don't have a fitness center onsite, they provide free access to the well-equipped Durango Rec Center just a mile down the street - if you're looking for weights or some post-hiking light exercises. Hadn't stayed there before but would definitely recommend.」

「We had to make a last minute reservation as we were traveling through and a little afraid based on some of the other reviews. We were pleasantly surprised as the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the employees very nice. We both a a great night sleep and could finish our road trip the next morning. 」
「Everything was fine, clean rooms, my keys and paperwork were already organized when I arrived so check-in went quickly, breakfast was simple but good. The hotel was full or nearly full so parking was a bit challenging but probably just enough spaces if you didn't mind parking further from your room.」
