「We highly recommend this property for anyone who needs to be in the area for more than a couple days, which was our case. We arrived during a heat wave, but the central air conditioning cooled beautifully. When the weather cooled down, we made use of the large balcony, both in the mornings and evenings. 「We received excellent instructions about arrival and were pleased to find a small, but fully equipped, and very comfortable studio apartment. Plenty of room, cold refrigerator, comfy bed, and a great television for viewing the Kentucky Derby. We had a wonderful weekend.」
