Was surprised that trash was overflowing at the coffee bar at 11:40 at night and not picked up.

The hotel is well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coziness of the happy hour bar and restaurant is a big bonus.
I had a change in travel plans and needed to extend my stay a night; the staff were very helpful and were able to quickly assist me.

Super friendly and clean. Loved all the little extras like makeup wipes, mouthwash, shower cap, and k-cups for Keurig. Beds were super comfy and the pillows were hard not to take home. lol

A beautiful property managed with care and consideration for the aesthetics and for the pampering of its guests. For as many times as I will visit Winter Park, I will stay here again and again.
