"They served the same food 3 days in a row! Breakfast, lunch and dinner… The ac didn’t work in the room for the first 2 nights. I had to get moved to another room When I booked it said night clubs , seafood nights we never had any of it! The swim up bar closed every day at 6pm This was not an all inclusive hotel!!!! "

The home is well equipped including besch and pool towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. Fransisco the concierge was extremely professional and helpful and we’d recommend this home to anyone. Francisco was especially helpful in aiding us with planning our stay in terms of a chef, restaurants, excursions.We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the pool, and the outdoor shower!We are fellow vacation rental owners and couldn’t find a single fault, literally a perfect villa. Thank you! "

"Beautiful location in Playa Hermosa! The pool was spectacular and the views at sunset are magnificent. House is well stocked and very comfortable. Close to the beach , groceries, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."

"This villa is very nice and the view is fantastic. The few complaints we had included spotty Internet, which may be more the fault of the area than the villa. I did check the SpeedTest app though and download was a paltry 12Gb. The TVs were another sore point. When we checked in three of them weren’t seeing the WiFi. There’s like half a dozen WiFi networks for the house so it’s a crap shoot which one to use. The TVs couldn’t even figure them out. There were several other small annoyances, but overall the villa itself is pretty awesome. "

"Spectacular property that matched the listing exactly. The pool and the view are a dream. The kitchen and interior is really well laid out. Everything just flows and fits together. Even the views out the back against the hillside are enadearing due to the landscaping. The height overlooking the small town means that it is very quiet and peaceful. Would happily stay there again and have already referred the property to friends and family. "
