We paid for the executive lounge and the meals were mediocre and breakfast was awful... I understand offering something in exchange of bacon but every single day steamed limp turkey bacon or steamed chicken sausage? Yuck! If people want low-fat you had other things available. The food was also very underheated.

Saddened to hear that this Doubletree is closing their doors at the end of this month, September!! It is being converted into dorms. It was our favorite place to stay in Rochester!

Stayed there a number of times before and it seems like the place is getting a little tired. Was offered the courtesy of the executive level and yet this time they wanted a charge of $30 per day. Shuttle service has a fee with it. Charging for a bottle of water that cost them probably 50 cents since and there charge of $4. I returned there regularly so I'll be looking for a better deal elsewhere.

Great for Mayo patients

We were in town for a Mayo Clinic visit. Your staff were exceptional in their helpfulness as we needed drop off and pick up service to the clinic with our mobility limitations. The room was clean and well appointed.

Very nice hotel in downtown Rochester

This was a very nice, well-maintained hotel. The staff were very helpful in solving a WiFi problem I had, the location is in the heart of downtown, and the room was quite comfortable -- larger than average and well-equipped. I enjoyed the stay there and would be happy to do so again.
