If you have a private onsen, just know that the shower is also outside. No other options, unless you use the public bath."

"Large hotel with amazing views of the lake. However amenities a little dated. We felt the beds and the lounge area in our room could have been swapped around to get the best view when relaxing with a drink rather than while asleep. Excellent location despite a little long walk to the station ( realise there was a shuttle available but prefer to walk) Bathroom needs an upgrade."
