Expecting a Radddison experience… I was dismayed to find a travel lodge box… thanks goes to reception on evening shift who “upgraded” me… Just felt conned. "I travelled to the Radisson Gautrain for a business trip with my daughter. The staff, particularly Precious, Ursula and Blessing were particularly helpful with the check-in and our entire stay. My daughter was also given a special treat for her birthday!! The shuttle was also very helpful for moving around the area and trips to Mandela square and the mall."

"Check in was easy BEST LOCATION EVER!!! The price was decent with the advance booking Bed and linen was so LUSH. Room had air conditioning Internet was good Ample storage They refreshed the room daily The cafe down stairs had great coffee The restaurant is a great amenity and it’s pretty… only had coffee Complimentary water and coffee Openable windows Could be improved - front access needs to be improved esp the step free access signage - water pressure - not great - there was lots of water puddles in the corridor, unsightly and falls risk - need to consider having a space for having food from outside given its aparthotels"
