"We stayed in an excite room and it was well metaines and like new. The room had everything we needed. The house keeping staff were lovely. All reception staff whom we spoke to were polite and professional. We used the pool which was great and our child enjoyed it a lot. You just need to book a swimming slot slightly in advance on the same day. Breakfast was English breakfast only but was fine for us. Not lots of variety for our child who eats limited items, but would be fine for other kids."

"The hotel and the room itself were spotless with plenty of useful amenities like toiletries, towels, and hot drinks. Check-in opens from 2pm, not 3pm as stated when booking online, which was a disappointment as it would have been very useful to have checked in earlier if we had known. Staff were all friendly and helpful, although the cleaners knocked on the door at 10am to ask if we were checking out when check-out is not until 12pm."
