「Everything was good except a fan would be helpful as the windows were not helping and one more light in kitchen would be good as well. Thanks」

「Stayed eight nights at Saga Studios and used it as our Reykjavik base the whole trip. While in town I was able walk to all the shops. Good place to stay if your keeping within the city.」

「Easy contactless check in. They have a lock outside the door. We were in apartment 53. It was spacious. There’s three rooms where up to 7 can sleep. The beds were comfortable and bedding warm. The restroom was clean. With 5 girls, we were expecting the hot water to run out, but it didn’t. They left enough towels. Body wash and hand soap was available. The kitchen had a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Coffee and tea was provided. Parking is available behind the apartment. The...

「I was informed that I would receive an email with the check-in instructions at 1:00 PM on the day of my stay, but no such email arrived. Other guests seemed to be having the same issue. I went to the hotel front desk in front of the building to sort it out, but even though I was staying at an apartment, they gave me a hotel room key card. The male staff member who assisted me was careless and had a terrible attitude. The female staff member at the front desk also acted condescendingly. I hope...

「Although we had no issue with the room itself, I would not recommend these accommodations because of the parking situation. We purchased a more expensive room that could sleep 4 specifically because it came with a reserved parking spot. We didn’t want to deal with lack of parking in the middle of Reykjavik. When we arrived a car was parked in our spot. We contacted management and they confirmed the spot was reserved (and ours) and suggested we should find the owner of the misparked vehicle and...

「great location !」

「For the price in Reykjavík, the place was decent. We just didn’t like the sulphur smell in the apartment. Our place was on top of Icewear mart store so it was noisy in the morning with tourists and night goers. However, the place is in close walking distance to most places want to visit. Besides the smell in the apartment, I would recommend because of the price and fast communication from the host. They respond promptly with any questions you may have. Also, two of our hair dryers didn’t work so...
