The place was comfortable and clean and located in walking distance to everything inside the city. Expect some street/people noise at night on the weekends. Keep in mind, parking in Reykjavik is difficult and at hourly rates too. There is no free or convenient parking. Be willing to find a P3 or P4 spot and walk back to save $$ if that's a concern. Our rental required walking up three flights of stairs, and we had some struggle with the gate & front door locks. Only window light was available at night to walk up the stairs. Otherwise, not a bad little place to stay.

The basement apartment is spacious. We are able to open 2 luggages at the same time. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and kitchenware. The check in process is smooth. Plenty of parking space.
