"Room was small and the beds bouncy! New hotel so the room was clean and everything worked. Walls a bit thin and if they have an event on the 1st floor the sound travels, certainly to the 3rd floor"

"The mattress is too soft and our sleep wasn’t a good one. There isn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom. When we take a shower, we have to be very careful otherwise water splash out and will make the floor wet and slippery. Buffet breakfast is great and you can use a paper cup to take away a cup of coffee of your choice"

"The welcome to check in at reception was a little cold. The gentleman who dealt with us could have had a more friendly chatty manner. Facilities here are great pool was lovely. Would stay again if in the area"

"For an overseas visitor it was not the easiest to find - no nav in car or mobile phone Internet available. I could hear other people closing doors. The noise echoed down the corridor. Staff very good, co-operative and friendly. Small fridge was missed as I do not drink tea/coffee but do want cold milk and water."
