"They offered us the chance to upgrade our room on arrival and we went for it! The swim up room was amazing for some private swimming time. The room was clean, the staff incredibly attentive. I have a ton of food allergies and had been fearful of what to expect but in both the on-site restaurants and the Buffet, the Waitstaff, Executive Chefs and Mangers were all so accommodating! Cannot say enough about the ladies in the Coco Cafe or the lovely bartenders in the Preferred Lounge either! We will definitely be back! "

The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"
