「Beautiful property, with accommodating and welcoming staff! 」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」
