Perfect!

This is a very special place to spend some time, the room was great and property beautiful. The host was charming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. It is the place to stay if your travels get you in the area.

The Inn was relaxing and beautiful.

Treat Yourself and do the Inn thing...

Stayed just one night and usually stay near RT 85 in the Burlington area. The 10 minute drive to the INN was well worth it as we were taken back in time through the history of the INN and our caring host. While there we found out a bit about Saxapahaw as there was a concert that evening about 4 miles away. We will be returning to explore the area more as we had no idea the area had so much to offer.

Couldn't be better!

Had a wonderful stay at this inn. The house and property are absolutely beautiful, and filled with intriguing history. The couple that owns and runs the inn are just as wonderful of people, and do a fantastic job. The breakfast in the AM was the icing on the cake. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Treasure Found!

Recently traveled to Chapel Hill/Elon area of North Carolina to take our son back to school, (Elon University). I had to book my room last minute and decided to take a chance on this B&B rather than stay in a Motel 6 (everything else was booked). It truly was enchanting... felt more like a vacation than a routine trip to school. Our host(s) Francoise & Christine have a lovely inn. Christine's breakfasts were outstanding, she will put any chef to the test in Chapel Hill area. I stayed in Rusty's Room on the 2nd level with my own private entrance. The room was delightfully decorated with period antiques and furnishings that reminded one of what an inn of this vintage would have. The room was spacious and quiet. I slept like a baby! Will recommend to others and plan on returning in the future!

historic and charming

Beautiful historic building on a stunning piece of property. We stayed in the little cottage adjacent to the main structure. Living room, bathroom and bedroom with floor to ceiling windows on three sides looking out into the trees and azaleas. Clean and comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and breakfast delicious in the historic dining room. Highly recommend.
