「The pool terribly green and was not in service. The drains in the bathroom were very slow but the water pressure was good. The washing machine was off balance and ate quarters before we could get it started. The pancake machine was broken. But the staff was excellent, the bedding was really comfortable, and the room was nice.」

「When I arrived for check in at 3:30 I was given a key to a room that was not clean. I was moved to another room and the toilet did not work. I was moved to another room where it smelled like weed and an attempt to cover up the smell with a strong over powering scent sprayed by the hotel. When I went to go to bed, I found out the door did not lock. I ended up leaving the next morning even though I had one more night left on the booking. 「Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way.」
