"I stay for two nights, after the first night I asked directly to the housekeeper in the morning to have the room service at my room, when I returned, the room was exactly as I had left it—in other words, they hadn't done the room service. The same day I asked for extra towels at the front desk (10:00 PM approx.) and they told me that they cannot help me with that until the next morning... overall not the best experience."

"WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER. WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED. ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING WITH BEST WESTERN THE LAST FEW MONTHS BECAUSE OF GOOD STAYS SEVERAL TIMES AT PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC. DON'T THINK I'LL BE DOING IT ANY MORE. THE LADY IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS OUTSTANDING. KEPT IT SUPPLIED AND VERY CLEAN."
