"We arrived and the hotel was in a convenient location. It was clean and welcoming. The staff was attentive. The room was really clean and smelled good. The amenities were available. The staff checked on us regularly. I enjoyed my stay. "

"The property is old and poorly maintained. Our AC stopped working in the middle of our last night. When I went to the front desk, the person there said there was nothing they could do and that the AC technician could come early the next morning. That meant I had to spend the entire night with my kids in a room with no AC. There was no solution offered and no compensation for the inconvenience. I also paid extra for a late check-out at 3:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM they were already knocking on my door and calling the room asking us to leave, which made the late check-out fee pointless. The bathroom sink had mold all around it, which was very unpleasant to see. The breakfast was also disappointing—plain, cold, and nothing like the pictures shown online. Overall, it was a very bad experience from beginning to end, and I would not recommend staying here."

"This property gave exactly what is listed and more. I truly enjoyed my stay and the communication when asking anything about the property. Kenny is amazing and always is there if anything is needed. The only advice are with you is to advise of birthday parties headcount if using properties for that. Provide the information to get the before cooking if possible if not right after properties booked to make sure number of people meet owners requirements."

"The rooms were very large and nice. The biggest downside was that the pool was cold and not kept up. Also, did not have a hot tub."
