"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."

But their breakfast buffet deserves a few extra points on top of that. It is THE best breakfast we have enjoyed in the U.S. so far, comparable to the greatest breakfast experiences in Italy or France."
