"The facility needs some major maintenance. The parking lot has lots of crack concrete areas where the metal bars are expose. The building feels old and does have a funny smell sometimes. The toilet was running for a long time and I would need to pull the lever up to stop it from running. Free parking is a plus and free breakfast was decent but nothing special. Pillow were too soft so didn't really get a good night sleep. There are many other options in this area as it's near Baylor University thus I would not stay here but go elsewhere."
