"The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags ..."

"The property was as described in listing. It was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the enclosed porch. The stormy weather kept us indoors but we cozied up and watched. The only thing that I would change is that the house was very scented with plug ins and all of the linens were heavily scented. ..."

Only a very few restaurants and not one served decaf coffee. Had to go to Buffalo to get a cup of decaf coffee. We won’t stay in Groesbeck again.

When I first booked my room Amanda called to notify me I had booked a smoking room and asked if I intended to do that. I felt she went above and beyond to confirm what I needed which was indeed a non-smoking room. She also kept breakfast late for us.
