  • The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Texas is a terrific zoo! The zoo has a great range of animals and exhibits and the grounds are well kept and spacious. There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. The animal enclosures are nice, and can really give you great views of the animals themselves if you are a bit patient. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs. This zoo makes for a great day out for the family.

My room was good and clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable. It was quiet too, even with the highway close by. But the rest of the hotel needs cleaning and updating. The fitness center had dead crickets in it and the stairwells looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. Breakfast had eggs, sausage & biscuits and the staff were nice.

I stayed here for the Baylor University Graduation and it was great! I was close to the college and it was easy to get around. We had a free breakfast which was nice. The room was nice, clean, and spacious! I highly recommend!

Overall, it was a fine stay they accommodated my request to have a top floor, and the bed was very comfortable, a quiet hotel as well and very easily accessible from the interstate.

This property was a standard motel row property. The staff member Kim was incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend the hotel if you were looking from somewhere to sleep while passing through town or for a one night stay like we had.

Good price and safe. Cold ac in room, tv was kinda complicated to work (Roku account needed to use the smart tv) but didn’t ruin the trip. Hot breakfast (eggs sausage and biscuits +) small gym, not as big or much as the pics on the website.
