"My original room was quite dirty. The bathroom shower, floors and the floors and desk in the main area of the room. The front desk person was lovely and moved me to a different room which was better. Still minor cleaning issues, but workable."

"Upon checking in with the rest of my party, we were informed that two people did not have a room as theirs was not available even though they had confirmation emails in hand. Evidently the room set aside for them was needing repairs and there were no other rooms available. There was no offer to find them other accommodations, that was left up to them. On my reservation I requested to have a walk-in shower as I had a medical condition that prevented me from getting in and out of a tub easily. I was given a walk-in shower but I thought it would be a ADA bathroom with grab bars also. There were no grab bars and the commode was not ADA either. Bed mattress is very hard which was not good for my back, although the pillows made up for it. I won't be staying at this property again. I will say Clay at the front desk was very helpful when we as out of towners were trying to navigate where certain tourist spots were located."
