"The location is fantastic! The location is the only reason we stayed. It takes 6 minutes to drive to the stockyards. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the coffee and water bar. Did not like how small our room was. We asked to be upgraded to a suite but told none available. Our first room was beyond dirty including the boxspring that was visible. Gross. They moved us 2 doors down and it wasn’t much better. The bathroom was super dirty around the shower area and in the shower. Stuff sprayed all over the bathroom door…which we wiped clean. We tipped our house keeper but didn’t seem to matter as the first towel I pulled out had what looked like a big blood stain on it. Really gross. How hard is it to wipe the walls??? Scuffs all over. Really crappy and out beds must have seen some serious action as they were both creaky with the one making a thump noise when you sat on it. I don’t get that clean room guarantee…not the case in this hotel. "

"Great location! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. We had a nice room with a terrace. Enjoyed the terrace. Only ding would be that the toilet was too low. Definitely recommend!"
