"The check in process was very easy and they were helpful in letting us check in early. Our rooms were very clean and had ample space. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but LOVE that they have complimentary coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The parking is limited but street parking is available which wasn't an issue even late at night. Great location and the train didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again when in Fort Worth!"

"The room was clean the bathroom shower was clean but the floor area around the rubber water guard was in bad condition. Wall paper was peeling on the bottom corner next to the shower. The room cleaning service was good except that not all the supplies were replaced. We had to ask twice for replacement. Asked for extra pillows and had to also ask twice before they were received. Our last night was terrible, a big group of college kids were checked in on the floor we were on. The noise was ridiculous, shouting down the hallways, music level was loud, constant door slamming, as well as loud banging on their room door several times. Sound like they were beating on and kicking the room door. We had a 14 hr drive home and did not get much sleep this night. I called several times to complain but nothing was done about it. They did not quiet down until we were leaving that morning. We will never stay at this location again and we will not recommend it as a good location."
