「Located in the heart of downtown, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. A beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and a mostly quiet area. Loved the room - was very comfortable, and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. Only negative is that there is no street parking, so I’m not sure how people park, other than using their valet service 」
「Wonderful place to stay! And Darium was exceptional; when my flights were delayed I called, concerned that I wouldn’t be able to cancel my reservation if necessary. He was so polite and reassuring. Once I arrived I heard from others in my group how fantastic their interactions with him had been; we expect to receive good service and to hear his name mentioned by others reinforced how exceptional he is!」
「Courtney the front desk clerk was super helpful and assisted our every need/want quickly and professionally when needed. The valet was extremely easy and always prompt and courteous. The overall location of hotel is perfect for any occasion. Lots to do and see around Sundance square and all within walking distance. Our whole wedding party and family stayed at this hotel for the weekend, no complaints. We were all even able to check in early, and on same floor level. Highly recommend this hotel....
