気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The services of the hotel were out of any quality. The staff was occasionally present and most of the time the entrance door to the hotel was locked. There were difficulties even to open the external door. Many things didn't work properly - the bed side lamp, TV, coffee machine, etc. No cleaning of the room during four days.
The worst thing was that the front desk staff was very rude. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel room. THIS WAS A LIE! Only after presenting a written copy of the hotel reservation where it was clearly said "FREE BREAKFAST" the guy in the reception gave us four breakfast vouches for the whole period of our accommodation to the restaurant next to the hotel. After two days there was a new surprise! The breakfast restaurant was closed in the beginning of the week and we were not able to to use two of our vouchers. After complaints the hotel compensated the unused breakfasts but the refund was only half of the real value of the breakfasts!
How EXPEDIA can offer such a hotel on their internet pages? I am expecting your reaction and response.
