We were here for 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very central location and great neighborhood. Very comfy accommodations...especially the beds. Highly recommend
Beautifully renovated property in a charming and lively neighborhood. Excellent location, within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Well-stocked kitchen. This was truly the perfect place to stay for a few days in Quebec City. We loved this place and would definitely stay there again.
I just want to confirm all the positive reviews. The place is filled with all things you need. Even you may think is not there - it is still there.
Spacious, authentic well located.
We enjoyed our stay here.
Thank you!
We stayed here with our family of 5, including 3 young ones. They enjoyed a lot the "upstairs downstairs" and the spacious bedrooms. The on-site washer and dryer are also handy. The only thing I have to say is there basement can be a bit damp but they do have a dehumidifier. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This condo worked perfectly for our needs. It was very well-equipped and within walking distance of Old Quebec (20 min.). Also, it was a few short blocks from St. Jean Street which had all kinds of shops and restaurants, including a grocery store. The only thing that did not work for us was parking on the street. So we parked at Place Quebec, about a 10 min. walk away from the condo.
the place was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, laundry soap and some spices, coffee etc. This was not on the listing. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the location is excellent. Lots of corner shops, 2 streets up is full of shops, bakery, chocolate store, second hand clothing, restaurants etc. Old Quebec is a short 10 minute walk. The streets are very narrow, reminiscent of Europe. Loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Located 3 very short blocks from Rue St-Jean within walking distance of the walled city. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. We had no car but used the local buses to go to Sainte-Foy several times. Tickets are available from local shops. Google Maps is very good to find routes and schedule.
The kitchen of the property is well equiped. A baby chair and bed were on site although this was not listed nor communicated to us in advance. We used the washer and dryer for our laundry.
The area was mostly very quiet and safe. There was some construction work happening on an upper floor during some afternoons though but this did not last long.
Great central location for visiting the city and the Plains of Abraham.
The location was perfect - restaurants and shopping very close. Everything was clean - we could have used more towels (4 towels and 1 hand towel for 4 adults is not ideal). Overall, our stay was good!
We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming and had everything that we needed. It was easy to walk around the city from this location. Would highly recommend!
This place exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as depicted, easy to find and the location perfect for our visit. David answered all questions quickly and pleasantly. Would choose this place again!
3 night stay. Very easy walk to old Quebec. Comfortable beds and very good location. Basement room a little musty smelling and wish there were a couple of more comfortable chairs in living room but overall a good place to stay

The condo looked just like the pictures, close to Old Quebec and found sone lovely restaurants close by.
Well located near the main street leading to the old city and Grande Allée. Worked perfectly for us . Large first floor with all amenities you would expect including a Nesspresso unit that we thouroughly enjoyed. The a/c is in the living room , not entirely efficient to reach the upper bedroom, some fans are provided in both bedroom that worked well as an alternate. The second bedroom and bathroom are downstairs wich was ok. The upper bed was softer than I like but it wasn’t a big issue, just a personal taste
You know how sometimes you book a vacation rental and when you get there youre amazed how great it is? This wasnt that. The suite is as advertised and is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants, and walking to all the historic locations. In the space itself, the location of the bathroom downstairs is unusual, and the semi-transparent bathroom door was not a hit with our teens we hung a maxidress onthe i side for privacy. We didnt use the kitchen much. The beds could use updating, including the lumpy futon in the "living room." Overall, the suite was fine, but not great. There was one communication glitch with checking in, but it was addressed in a timely way.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Upon arrival we were able to easily find on street parking which is free on the weekends. I reached out to the host to be sure it was okay to park there and he responded promptly with assurance. During the week we opted to park in a garage which was about a 5-10 minute walk away and only cost 25 per 24 hours. The two queen beds 4 of us shared were comfortable and my teenage son had no complaints about the living room futon where he slept. Linens to make up his bed were easy to find. The downstairs bedroom was cool and dark which made for a good night’s sleep. The condo had many home items that we really appreciated including an umbrella, small kitchen appliances, soap (dish and laundry), washer/dryer, shampoo/conditioner, fans/AC, dishes/cookware, etc. The location was close to the walled city and we walked down there a few times each day. We would definitely choose to stay at this property again.
A very clean, very well equipped and generally comfortable stay. Pictures are accurate. Location is great in terms of proximity to shops, restaurants, and Old Town, but we were approached more than once by people asking for money, and there were a few people using drugs openly on the surrounding streets. That didn't bother us much, but would bother some I think. Transit is also close by and convenient. Having a car would have been very difficult for parking, I'm glad we didn't have one. The upstairs bed was very soft. The futon in the living room is not very comfortable for seating. There's an odd device affixed to a wall in the basement which every once in while made a sneezing noise and emitted a strong scent. Took me a while to figure out what was sneezing lol! In any case I would have loved to have turned that off but couldn't figure out how.
Overall great stay, just not quite as "stunning" as expected
Located on a quiet street close to a "main street" with great food options Soundproof unit aside from neighbouring unit's door and stairway to upstairs unit (didn't hear them except when they left in the morning.) Cups, dishes, cooking and dining utensils available for use Walkability to parliament and old city (if you are ok with the hills)- Only bathroom and second bedroom are in basement which might make it challenging for people with mobility issues or small kids- Odd off-center placement of supporting brackets for the curtain rod in lounge area made it impossible to fully draw curtains shut (bedrooms fine)- General wear and tear showing in areas (wood floors, countertops scuffed up by previous guests)

Lots to like, one big drawback
There are lots of nice things to say about this property (more below). But anyone planning to bring a car should know that parking is a major drawback. There is no dedicated parking spot. Only street parking is available, and by "street parking," I mean narrow, cramped, one-way streets where parking rules change block by block. There is no street parking where you can leave your car during the day on a weekday. Some spots are available as late as 6 pm (18h), and others need you to move the car by 8 am. The parking was a constant stressor the entire stay.Other than the parking, the condo is very nice. It is clean and looks just like the pictures. Having access to laundry in the condo is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and near conveniences (Boulangerie EpiFanny was especially nice) and tourist attractions. One last consideration is accessibility. The only restroom is in the basement, so anyone using a wheelchair or with mobility challenges will struggle in this unit.
