「House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay.」

「My experience - First, When we checked in the administrator (Marco) was acting like he was in a rush, he told us the room he was going to give us was the smallest one as it was the one we paid for (we did not know it was the smallest), not like the one advertised. 「This house was in a great location. There were so many things we loved about the house, mainly the out door areas. The deck areas and pools were perfect! The house had plenty of room for people to relax on their own. And it had great access to the beach. Just know that it is an older home, it is well cleaned but things need upkeep. Also know that the mattresses are very firm, they were ok for us, but softer would have been nice. And it was a bit hard to not flush toilet paper, but they did...
