Comfortable Hotel.

The Hotel is very cosy and well maintained.Staff are very helpful and were very nice to us especialy Vlada which she helped us a lot . The buffet Breakfast was very tasty and with a good choice . The room was very spascious and also with lot of tv stations to choose from. There is also metro line A around the Block,to take you to city center in a few minutes which is very convenient. I do not suggest coming with a car unless you want to visit out of Prague.We asked the hotel staff to book the car space for us,otherwise it would have been very expensive . The only negative thing was that the bath was to high to enter and get out of it, and the cleaning of the room was not done properly during our stay (example the floor) But towels where always clean when we needed to change them. Also if you put another sheet on the bed will be more convenient.

Very nice and elegant small hotel

Very nice and elegant small hotel in a district with very good looking houses, but fortunately away from places invaded by tourists. Still it is not too far away from the center as plenty of tram lines are available, and also the metro A which connects the center with a few stops. My room was clean and looked elegant, with a huge king bed. Breakfast is excellent, it is even better than on the pictures, the food is varied from day to day, and there are always both hot and cold choices available which are replenished frequently. There is plenty to choose from, including items that are not so common in breakfast offerings, like fried chicken breast, waffles, donuts, etc. Coffee was also very good. The smart doorknob on the outside door looks very cool, and open the door only if correct code is given, so strangers cannot enter the hotel (you get a code at check in with which you can open the door at night) Only little drawback was the waiting for hot water when bathing, water needs about 1 minute to get hot, and it was also strange that a sign said to towels are only cleaned if put on the ground... I wanted to be eco-friendly and keep the towels for next day, so I kept them on the hanger, but still they were taken away an cleaned. However, these were jut very minimal inconveniences, I would happily choose this hotel again when coming to Prague next time

All Bling,warm welcome,massive room,down side,dirty bathroom water,No water for hours,no thermostatic control on shower so hot and cold,Poor Cooked breakfast choice,only Luke warm,boiled sausage,cold scrambled egg and cold bake beans each day,nothing else,eg,plastic style backing on day. Plenty sweet cakes,fresh cold table,continental,stayed in 3 hotels in Prague and this breakfast was by far worst .

Trotz Ankunft gegen Mittag war mein Zimmer bereits bezugsfertig. Mein Fahrrad konnte ich gesichert abstellen. Der Service und der Herr an der Rezeption war vorbildlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, gut ausgestattet mit Netflix, Couch und Sessel. Frühstück sehr vielfältig, frisch und lecker. Die Umgebung ist modern mot vielen Essensmöglichkeiten. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Perfekte ophold - klar anbefaling.

Et super dejligt og hyggeligt hotel, hvor alt var perfekt. Et meget venligt og hjælpsom personale. Kan kun anbefale dette hotel. Hvis man er ok med at gå, så ligger det kun 35 min gang fra centrum.

Nice place

I always enjoy my stay. I've been 3-4 times when I'm in Prague. It's a great place, good staff and services, and pretty comfy. I'm not crazy about the bathrooms (elevated tubs, a little dangerous climbing in and out, and serious lack of hanging hooks for towels and clothing). Room and bed is good. A little dated but outlets are at least near the bed.

The front desk staff is very courteous. The breakfast is excellent. The room is nice and roomy. Only thing is the bathtub, as mentioned by others. It’s really tall so climbing in and out one has to be very careful. I advise elderly people to avoid it because you can easily slip and fall. Another thing is that, like some other European hotels, the hallway and staircase are pitch dark. There are no motion sensor lights. We have to turn on our cell phone light to navigate. The hotel is located in sort of nowhere. So the price is reasonable. We took an Uber back from Old Town and it cost about $10. From the hotel to airport is $25. Because Uber is cheap, it’s worthwhile to live at this hotel for the price, because you can Uber everywhere. It does take about 15 mins to Old Town though. Overall a nice stay.
