「Everything was great」

「Always a pleasure to stay here!」

「Because of the humidity our room felt damp over the days we were staying. The house keeping staff were great and conscientious of tidying up the room and refreshing the supplies in the bath area including the facial tissues. Noise was never an issue considering our room faced the street and several receptions occurred during our visit. The atmosphere was both relaxing and therapeutic to the spirit. So nice that when we checked out, we booked a future stay weeks in advanced. Looking forward to...

「My stay was great everything went well」

「We reserved an accessible room back in July. We arrived and were told they didnt have one for us. Because of my knee surgery every time I had to go to the bathroom I had to go downstairs to the lobby and use the bathroom there because it had an accessible bathroom. The breakfast was horrible the eggs were like rubber and I dont think whatthey were calling cheese was really cheese. Charge people less and take the FREE breakfast away.」

「Staff at front desk (evening) very friendly and helpful. Shower was hot with lots of pressure. Would stay here again when in town.」

「Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly, clean rooms and love that it is an oceanfront view. We plan to come again for another stay. Well done Hilton!」

There was also a room right in front of the garbage collection point, which had a strong smell and many flying insects, making it impossible to spend time with the balcony open. I felt that the staff was malicious in assigning me this room, even though...

「My stay was good but wish I could’ve received additional pillows for my king sized bed. When I requested extras, the front desk person said she could only locate one additional pillow. Also, the bed was OK in Ocean City MD, but not as comfortable as the one in Gastonia, NC, where I recently stayed.」
