"The condo was nicely furnished and had a well equipped kitchen. The views from the very large balcony overlooking the ocean were phenomenal. You are within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and eateries. "

"The photos of the property online were percise! Beach view was excellent, convenient location to stores, eateries and entertainment. The Seawatch property was lovely. Clean and well maintained. 2 draw backs and not major at all but instructions for tv use would have been helpful and the master bedroom king size bed was a bit firm but still offered a good nights rest! I would stay at this property over and over again! Well done David! Thank you so much for offering a great experience for our yearly girls week vacation! "

"The condo was just as listed! Very nice, updated and clean. It’s great to have the view of the ocean and down coastal highway! The check in process was easy, the only complaint we had was with the building office; we asked for an additional parking spot to pay for but the gentleman working at the front office said we were not allowed to have an additional spot. The entire time we were there, there were atleast 30 open spots the entire weekend. Other than that, it was a great stay. We would definitely return! "
