「Leo at the check in desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the other lady whose name I didn’t even catch. She was distracted and inattentive. The pool is not well maintained or usable because the water was stagnant and frothy! The equipment at the gym was squeaky and not well maintained. Why do guests have to pay $15/day for parking when the hotel stay is already so expensive? The breakfast was decent and sufficient for guests. House keeping staff was also helpful and kind.」

「My only complaint was that they didn’t offer a full size mirror and the bathroom was a bit small but overall stay was pleasant and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking Coastal Highway」

「The rooms and property are clean and maintained. The rooms are also very spacious. You will need to bring dishwashing liquid and paper towels as they are not stocked in the rooms. Pool and beach access were great! Ocean view rooms are a bit of gamble, but really loved the pool view as you could see the ocean.」

「The Rooftop Bar was to die for! Brandon was amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made me the best espresso Martini. The hotel found a bag I left in the room and called me immediately. I love this hotel and will definitely stay again! My new favorite OC hotel.」

「Clean room Convenient」

「Do not count on the sofa bed. It was awful—the worst sofa bed I have ever slept on. You could feel all the coils digging into your back, making it very uncomfortable. The microwave was also strange. When it was cold, the door was fine but as soon as it heated up, the door would lock and was difficult to open. The carpets did not appear to be clean or freshly washed. However, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient.」

「This is the first time staying in a hotel while visiting Ocean City. I road by this place in travel. This was a last minute visit and everything worked out fine- pool right at your back door- great breakfast diner across the street- working kitchenette- the visit was great. Will recommend」

「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」
