We have stayed at the Park Place before and enjoy that its literally steps from the beach. We decided to stay this time in a Oceanfront room. The view was amazing. That being said, the rooms needs to be updated. Looking forward to our next visit to OC MD

Overall a great hotel to stay in at OceanCity beach front. The staff members provided excellent services. The bathroom could need a little renovations done. The pool side is very nice! It very convenient being at that hotel due to the proximity to the boardwalk.

Water pressure was bad room was very dusty accumulated dust behind the beds and chairs. Shower door needed to be cleaned. Back of the door walking in needs to be clean emergency alarm went off Wednesday early morning causing everyone to have to evacuate ADA accessories was not available to come down from the seventh floor. I had to crawl down. I am not happy pay too much. Money is expecting more.

This is our second time staying at this location and we had just as good of an experience as the first time! The property location is perfect and super convenient for activities for our two children to do! The two pools on site are also perfect and were well maintained! Rooms could use a little upgrading and the AC unit made a terrible noise that we would have to turn it off intermittently.

Great place but needs to be said they charge 10 dollars a day to park (should be free) They state you get 2 free lounge chair rentals but want to charge you 32 dollars for an umbrella. Figured they would be included. Place is very nice and a fun place to stay in a perfect location. Just didn’t like the small extra charges.

My original booking said ocean view-which anytime I booked with an ocean view, I had a balcony. It also said “restaurant” which I just assumed the restaurant was on the same floor. When we arrived and got to our room, there was a bar directly outside our sliding door about 5 ft away. This would have been great if I was in my 20’s, but I have two small children. The room was also not up to standard for a 500 a night room. The toilet was clogged, the sliding door was stuck shut and the lever was rusty. The ceiling had water stains on it, and the room smelled musty. We went to the front desk with all of these issues and they simply said “there is nothing we can do for you”. After being at the hotel for 10 minutes and going to the front desk 3 times, we decided to just check out-after driving 4 hours to Ocean City. Upon checking out they said they would not be giving us a refund either. Luckily I found an ocean front available down the street. So now the 1500 I paid plus the other 1700 for the new Hotel, I should have just went to Aruba for Christ sake!

I stayed here about 10 years ago and the property was very nice, so I decided to come back for a weekend trip. Overall the stay was okay, nothing great nothing terrible. The bathroom was ok, the tub was very dirty. The nonslip mat had edges that were just black from dirt and the shower liner was very worn and ripped. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the complimentary water, and the staff was very nice. I however did not understand why they charged 20$ upon arrival in resort fees and then in a second transaction charged a hold fee as if they could not do both at the same time. The ocean front balcony was nice, however it did not seem like they cleaned it. The pool was nice, I would recommend to them some more shade options as there were only 2-3 covers all occupied for larger parties. Honestly for the quality of the stay you're better off going to a comfort inn/hampton inn where they have a continental breakfast, rooms are overpriced for quality.

Rooms were dated, mat in the bathtub was gross underneath and can see mold in the ceiling in bathroom. Need fans in there or or problem will persist! Overall stay was ok. Balcony was also cramped

Loved the location and the wonderful Bull on the Beach restaurant. My grandkids loved the shops, the beach and, really, everything about this place. Will definitely stay here the next time we go to Ocean City!

This was my first trip to see the ocean. We wanted a water view room. We were placed on the 7th floor, with a tiny balcony. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked, hair in the bathroom, and smelled very much like the person there before us had smoked a lot of marijuana. It did have a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave, along with basic dishes which was a nice touch. The hotel was very convenient to the boardwalk, with a clearly marked walk in/out from the hotel directly. Convenient to lots of shops and places to eat. Parking was close, but very tight for anything other than a compact car. Ocean view was great, staff was quite friendly. Also it was very easy to spot the hotel from far down the boardwalk as it has a distinct blue roof. They also provide complimentary beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We weren't able to use the pool because of rain (Outdoor pool only). Note, no complimentary breakfast if that's something you'd want. Overall, I feel it was a middle of the road experience.

The bathtub was really dirty. Under the mat was black and gritty and dirty and my kids couldn’t take baths which was a huge inconvenience.

Loved decor of hotel, pool, bar lounge area outside our room! Very convenient and relaxing! Staff was pretty friendly, hotel was also clean for the most part and beds made, towels replaced and room vacuumed daily! Close to shops, restaurants and beach of course!!

It was your typical boardwalk hotel. I was a little upset before I even checked in because I had booked a deck level room with two double beds months in advance, and when they called me to confirm, they had moved me to an oceanfront balcony room and told me they gave me an upgrade. I never asked for an upgrade and I booked the deck level because that’s where I wanted to be. They did make it work for me and gave me a deck level room, but they just pulled an extra bed into the room, but no pullout sofa. I just didn’t like that. They changed my reservation on me without even asking me first and then tried to play it off like they were giving me an upgrade. Maybe don’t over book your rooms.

Staff were wonderful. We had our Harley with us which we hauled in our truck and manager ensured we had a place to park it and notified the staff not to tow it.
