「This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. 「We had a lovely stay and were made to feel extremely welcome. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Walking distance from town and close to multi-storey carpark, which was useful. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was possible to choose what you wanted for a cooked breakfast. Fantastic, quirky stay with mugshots of criminals lining the walls and prison doors into rooms. Would definitely stay again」

「The room was very clean, bathroom spotless. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, long life milk and a few biscuits. TV. Room was a good size. Breakfast had a good choice and you pre ordered. The owners were a lovely couple and very helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend it. 」
